Is the selection on the website the same as your store?

Many of the items available here on the website are also available in the store but there are products exclusive to both the website and the store.If you know of an item that we normally would have available in the store use the "Contact Us" to let us know you are interested in that item and we will contact you to make arrangements if its still available.Conversley if you see a particular item on the website thats not available in the store you can make arrangements through the "Contact Us" section and we will be happy to make those arrangements.

Is ordering through a website safe?

Yes.This website was designed by the best in the business with both yours and our security in mind.Our "Shopping Cart" service and "Paypal" are industry leaders and both function and security.Please read our "Privacy" section to assure yourself also that any personal information is handled they way I would want my own handled.

How does your shipping work?

Items shipped from our facility are shipped via FedEx and/or UPS and/or Canada Post. A physical address is required for all shipments: we cannot ship to a P.O. Box. Customers will be charged for deliveries made to a wrong address due to incorrect address information being provided to us. Every effort will be made to ship your order within 24-48 hours, unless it is a large order for which arrangements will be made on an order by order basis.

What if I want to return something?

We always hope you will love everything you get from Granny's but in the event something needs to be returned please use the "Contact Us" .Unopened products sold by Granny's Country Cottage may be returned within 7 business days of delivery for a full refund, not including shipping. Return shipping costs will be paid only if the return is a result of error on the part of Granny's Country Cottage. Contact must be made with Granny's Country Cottage prior to returning a purchased item. Any custom-ordered items or custom-imprinted items may not be returned unless the return is a result of error on the part of Granny's Country Cottage.
 

What if I order something and its "Out of Stock"?

Although we always try to ensure that we have accurate stock quanties listed from time to time there is an error.If this is the case you will be contacted immediately and either a refund of that amount will be given or you will have the option to have the item ordered and shipped to you as soon as we receive it.
